Base Salary
$140k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Transform product requirements into R&D, qualification, and acceptance test plans.
- Troubleshoot software issues and Linux applications.
- Perform manual and automated testing with Hardware In Loop (HIL).
- Interface with the software development team to develop test cases.
- Participate in flight briefs and debriefs to provide feedback on software performance.
- Communicate test needs and requirements to engineering teams.
- Implement industry best practices for software development and testing.
- Lead and mentor the testing team in various testing strategies and methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
- 6+ years of experience in a software test lead role within the SDLC.
- Software development experience with C++ for applications with HIL.
- Experience designing and constructing detailed test plans and procedures.
- Strong hands-on experience with software test methodologies and tools.
- Deep experience with integration and regression testing.
- Familiarity with various testing methods including white box and black box.
- 3+ years of experience testing within CI/CD pipelines.
- 2+ years of experience with Linux-based software systems.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, requiring U.S. Citizenship.
