Base Salary
$165k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with customer engineering teams as a trusted technical peer.
- Own the end-to-end technical implementation of Deepgram’s voice AI platform.
- Adapt and configure Deepgram’s platform to meet unique operational requirements.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in live deployments.
- Codify patterns into tools, playbooks, and reference architectures for broader team use.
- Translate real-world deployment challenges into actionable requirements for product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Excellent software engineering skills with experience across APIs, SDKs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Deep commitment to customer technical success.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in ambiguous situations.
- Strong communication skills to build credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with voice AI, speech-to-text, or conversational AI systems is a plus.
- Previous experience in early-stage startups or large enterprise deployments is desirable.
