Base Salary
$150k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance Manhattan Active Warehouse Management solutions.
- Analyze business processes, system designs, workflows, and existing configuration frameworks.
- Partner with business users, WMS teams, integration teams, development teams, and project stakeholders to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
- Recommend and implement configuration solutions aligned with operational requirements and best practices.
- Execute unit testing, validation, and troubleshooting following configuration changes.
- Support deployments, production rollouts, implementation milestones, and go-live events.
- Communicate project status, issues, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of overall IT and supply chain systems experience.
- At least 4 years of experience with Manhattan Warehouse Management System implementations and support projects.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management.
- Strong expertise in Manhattan Active configuration, troubleshooting, enhancements, and solution deployment.
- Experience with Postman, REST APIs, and JSON for validation, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Manhattan Active certification, Google Cloud Platform experience, exposure to generative AI and AI-enabled supply chain solutions, large-scale warehouse implementation and go-live experience, and knowledge of Manhattan Active integration patterns with enterprise systems.
