Responsibilities
- Lead the Search E-commerce business in one or more core technical directions.
- Improve query analysis, text relevance matching, multimodal matching, product authority, search products, and the end-to-end shopping experience.
- Design and implement end-to-end ranking systems covering recall, pre-rank, rank, and mixed-rank stages.
- Model personalized shopping interests from large-scale behavioral data to improve conversion for products, videos, and live streams.
- Address supply-and-demand matching, business cold starts, and sustainable merchant and seller ecosystem growth.
- Monitor the results and quality of software solutions and projects.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of industry experience in one or more of NLP, ranking, advertising, search engines, recommendation systems, or machine learning.
- Excellent coding skills and solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Strong analysis, modeling, and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to identify core issues in complex data.
- Ability to understand business needs, adapt to rapid changes, communicate effectively, and promote project implementation.
- Publication records in top journals or conferences are preferred.
- ACM-ICPC medals and team management experience are preferred.
