Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery for complex problem spaces.
- Guide teams on system architecture and design.
- Develop high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Analysts, and Engineers.
- Mentor and develop a team of engineers.
- Investigate and prototype innovative technologies.
- Drive towards solutions with minimal guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in software development.
- 3+ years of experience in architecture and design.
- Proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Pydantic, NumPy, Pandas) and React.
- Experience with Node.js.
- Extensive experience with relational and non-relational databases.
- AWS knowledge preferred.
- Experience delivering high value to customers quickly and frequently.
- Strong software engineering best practices.
