Responsibilities
- Architect and operate a resilient, secure, and highly scalable cloud-native platform.
- Drive automation across deployment, monitoring, incident management, and operational workflows.
- Lead initiatives to scale infrastructure for increasing demand.
- Develop a strong analytical mindset within the team for data-driven decisions.
- Champion a Quality-First culture and ensure best practices across the DevOps lifecycle.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to bring new features and services into production.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform, or Cloud Engineering roles.
- BE / B.Tech / MSc in Computer Science or MCA.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm charts, and cloud-native deployments.
- Deep experience with automation using Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps tooling.
- Strong understanding of systems, networks, OS internals, and troubleshooting at scale.
- Ability to write scripts/tools in Bash, Python, Groovy, or Golang.
