Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, administer, scale, and optimize Databricks platform infrastructure and distributed processing environments.
- Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and Terragrunt.
- Develop CI/CD automation and DataOps workflows using GitHub and GitHub Actions.
- Implement platform observability, logging, and operational monitoring using Splunk or Dynatrace.
- Support enterprise governance, change requests, audit-compliant applications, and secure integration of AI capabilities.
- Assist with cloud budget controls and optimization of Databricks and cloud-resource compute costs.
- Support Databricks Unity Catalog administration, workflows, Delta Lake architecture, AI workloads, and MLOps capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 4 years of experience with Python, SQL, REST APIs, and CLI tools for infrastructure management.
- At least 3 years of experience with Databricks platform architecture, administration, and distributed processing environments.
- At least 3 years of experience implementing infrastructure as code with Terraform and Terragrunt.
- Experience designing CI/CD pipelines and DataOps workflows with GitHub and GitHub Actions.
- Experience implementing observability, logging, and operational monitoring with Splunk or Dynatrace.
- Experience with enterprise governance, change requests, and audit-compliant applications.
- Preferred: 10+ years using Python, SQL, Scala, or Java; experience with Databricks components, Unity Catalog, workflows, Delta Lake, AI workloads, and MLOps.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
