Responsibilities
- Build trusted-advisor relationships with customers by combining customer context, technical expertise, and industry knowledge.
- Lead technical discussions, demonstrations, proof-of-concept activities, and handoffs across virtual teams.
- Design and present architectures spanning data, analytics, AI, cloud databases, modernization, and migration scenarios.
- Coordinate partner and internal resources in partner sell-with engagements and identify capability gaps.
- Capture customer and market insights to inform product, engineering, account, readiness, and customer-success strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Several years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience involving cloud databases, analytics solutions, on-premises databases, architecture design, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
- Fluency in German and/or French.
- Preferred technical certifications include DP-800 SQL AI Developer Associate, DP-420 Azure Cosmos DB Developer, and DP-700 Fabric Data Engineer Associate.
