Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture design and implementation of complex features.
- Demonstrate full stack experience while contributing to broader projects.

- Build with data and analytics in mind for actionable insights.
- Drive experimentation with MVPs for sustainable growth and developer experience.
- Provide mentorship to engineers, fostering a culture of growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading complex technical projects.
- Strong expertise in a specific area (frontend, backend, or infrastructure).
- Proficiency in relevant technologies like React, Typescript, and AWS.
- Experience with scalability and performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for connecting people.
- Ability to lead initiatives and communicate effectively across teams.
- Experience in consumer, social, or marketplace companies is a plus.
