Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and develop AEM components using Sling Models, OSGi, HTL, and Java.
- Test, debug, and validate AI-generated code and test cases while owning application quality.
- Support AEM content modeling, taxonomy planning, MSM activities, and integrations with third-party APIs and DAM systems.
- Apply AEM-specific prompt engineering and contribute reusable prompts for component generation, configuration, and code review.
- Work with AEM as a Cloud Service, Cloud Manager pipelines, and cloud-native OSGi deployment patterns.
- Support AEM Edge Delivery Services document-based authoring and block development.
- Integrate LLM APIs and use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate application delivery.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, or a related field, with 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager Sites development and hands-on AEM component development.
- Experience with HTL/Sightly, Sling Models, OSGi/Felix, Java, JavaScript, and Python.
- Familiarity with AEM as a Cloud Service, Cloud Manager pipelines, cloud-native deployment patterns, and AEM Edge Delivery Services.
- Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot or Claude in daily AEM development.
- Direct experience calling LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic, including understanding token, latency, and cost trade-offs.
- Familiarity with Adobe platform developer APIs, cloud fundamentals, Docker containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to evaluate, validate, and improve AI-generated outputs and understand AI limitations and responsible use.
- Equivalent experience through client projects, internships, or significant personal or open-source projects may substitute for the stated education or experience requirements.
