Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical lead for scalable architectures composed of modular, reusable AI components and services.
  • Design and build advanced multi-agent systems with LangChain, LangGraph, and related agentic AI frameworks.
  • Lead AI projects from translating business needs into technical problems through deployment and maintenance of enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Partner with IT, PRE, and business teams to integrate and operate AI/ML solutions within the broader software architecture.
  • Apply machine learning and statistical models, including data extraction, preprocessing, modeling, validation, and analysis.
  • Develop systems spanning data processing, modeling, optimization, post-processing, and user-facing interfaces.
  • Analyze high-volume structured and unstructured data to identify anomalies, relationships, and trends.
  • Communicate modeling results, system designs, and strategic recommendations to technical teams, cross-functional partners, and senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, machine learning, or a data-focused role.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning solutions with Python, PySpark, or Scala.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience building solutions with LLMs, agentic frameworks such as LangChain, or related generative AI technologies.
  • Proficiency with SQL and experience engineering data from diverse, high-volume sources.
  • Preferred qualifications include a master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; experience applying ML and AI to large-scale industrial problems; and proficiency with Git and CI/CD practices.
  • Strong programming, data visualization, communication, leadership, self-direction, and ambiguity-navigation skills are preferred.
