Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end architecture for the AI-assisted migration platform, including agent, skill, harness, and Azure cloud design.
- Develop LLM applications using prompt engineering, schema-constrained outputs, Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, RAG, and classification pipelines.
- Build and maintain a Node.js/TypeScript or Python parsing and conversion engine for Nintex workflow definitions and Power Automate flow logic.
- Integrate with surrounding systems through Azure CLI, Azure AD authentication flows, MCP server endpoints, APIs, and webhooks.
- Define fidelity scoring, gap-analysis metrics, automated workflow validation tests, and evaluation harnesses for model output.
- Lead delivery planning, feasibility studies, production builds, customer IT data requirements, and client edge-case backlog prioritization.
- Lead and mentor a 3–8 person AI/automation engineering team and own migration risk, rollback strategy, and security reviews.
- Document unsupported or manually reviewed conversion cases.
Requirements
- Bachelor-level qualification such as B.E., B.Tech, M.Sc. in Computers, or MCA.
- Experience with Node.js/TypeScript or Python, XML/JSON parsing, parsers, ASTs, rule engines, regular expressions, or expression-language conversion.
- Experience with prompt engineering, structured output generation, LLM API integration, RAG or classification pipelines, coding agents, and evaluation harnesses.
- Experience developing MCP servers, Azure CLI and Azure AD authentication flows, API integrations, webhook handling, and automated workflow validation.
- Experience leading or mentoring an AI/automation engineering team across classical and prompt-engineering disciplines.
- SharePoint or Microsoft 365 administration experience is a preferred qualification.
