Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Set and enforce development and coding standards for quality, scalability, and performance.
- Lead and mentor team members and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate custom software components.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote best practices and innovation.
- Troubleshoot complex software issues and provide robust solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience with Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation.
- Experience setting and enforcing coding standards.
- Ability to optimize software for scalability and performance.
- Skill in leading technical teams and managing software development lifecycles.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
