Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Implement features and enhancements, create APIs, integrate frontend and backend services, and contribute to database design using SQL and PostgreSQL.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across backend and frontend systems.
- Write maintainable code, unit tests, and technical changes in accordance with team standards.
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
- Prepare datasets, craft and optimize prompts, test LLM APIs, and evaluate AI output quality through iterative refinement and A/B testing.
- Provide occasional guidance to junior developers and stay current with relevant technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
- Deep knowledge of Java and experience developing backend services with Spring and related technologies.
- Proficiency with SQL, PostgreSQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of RESTful services, microservices architecture, relational databases, and database management.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of NLP, machine learning concepts, LLMs, prompt techniques, prompt optimization, dataset preparation, and AI output evaluation.
- Hands-on experience with major AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini.
- Preferred experience with OCP, Apigee, AWS, GCP, Azure, GitHub Actions, Docker, automated testing frameworks, responsive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.
