Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement features that convert model output into structured user value.
- Continuously improve output quality by iterating on prompts and backend logic.
- Translate product requirements into systems that orchestrate AI models and data.
- Make tradeoffs across latency, cost, reliability, and output quality.
- Prototype and ship features quickly using AI-assisted development tools.
- Develop scalable backend services in Python to support AI-driven experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Recent graduate or up to 1 year of software development experience.
- Proficient in writing clean, maintainable code, preferably in Python.
- Ability to think in terms of product outcomes and user utility.
- Excited about working with AI/LLM-powered systems.
- Strong collaboration skills across product, design, and AI disciplines.
- Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
