Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain proprietary low-latency trading systems and infrastructure.
- Develop trading tools that leverage the high-performance system.
- Improve the scalability and performance of trading infrastructure.
- Understand future business needs and design technical solutions to address them.
- Work across frontend-facing projects and backend infrastructure using different programming languages.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience building and designing distributed and scalable software in Java, Go, or C++.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Python experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience with distributed or highly concurrent systems is preferred.
- Experience with low-latency systems or high-transaction environments is preferred.
- Experience in collaborative environments and relational databases is preferred.
- Two to five-plus years of experience building, shipping, and maintaining highly optimized, scalable code is preferred.
