Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs.
- Ensure code quality by writing and maintaining unit, integration, and performance tests.
- Monitor, debug, and optimize system performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum processes.
- Participate in on-call rotation to support a highly available engineering platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience coding in Java, Golang, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Expertise in designing and maintaining large-scale distributed systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for creating robust solutions.
