Responsibilities
- Architect and implement LangGraph-powered workflows and AWS Bedrock-based inference.
- Build and manage stateful agent flows, tool orchestration, retries, and memory handling.
- Debug issues involving prompts, agent logic, and runtime behavior.
- Mentor and lead an initial team of five engineers and shape engineering best practices.
- Own the performance, cost-efficiency, and observability of LLM pipelines.
- Collaborate with the founder and head of AI on system design and product strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's-level computer science education, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of backend or systems engineering experience.
- Experience with LLM orchestration tools such as LangGraph, LangChain, or Bedrock agents.
- Deep Python skills, including async and event-driven programming.
- A proven record of shipping and maintaining production systems.
- Ability to work across prompt logic, orchestration, and infrastructure.
