Responsibilities
- Consult with internal clients and platform specialists to understand requirements and design complex software solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and produce technical requirements, system designs, flowcharts, and implementation specifications.
- Develop, compile, test, refine, and maintain software code, databases, and related information systems.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation supporting software build, test, deployment, and release processes.
- Oversee testing, troubleshoot program logic and data errors, and prepare solutions for production implementation.
- Support production code and implementations under defined service-level agreements.
- Document development procedures, operational task descriptions, implementation activities, and post-implementation reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of multi-technology application design, development, platform engineering, automation, deployment, and release management.
- Extensive software development, support, client deployment, programming, and multi-team experience across multiple geographies.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation tooling, source code repositories, and deployment across environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, communication, client-facing, teamwork, and project management skills.
- DevOps, Agile, cloud-platform, scripting, and programming certifications are preferred.
