Responsibilities
- Expand and enhance the central Service and Product Portfolio Management solution on the ServiceNow platform.
- Consult customers on functional coverage, technical solutions, strategic roadmaps, and potential costs and benefits.
- Implement, develop, and own solutions within the globally deployed internal ServiceNow application suite.
- Coordinate and steer development activities at the solution level.
- Define and continuously improve processes and integrate them into ServiceNow.
- Provide strategic and operational advice to internal customers.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience with ServiceNow implementation, administration, Service Portal, and UI components, specifically in the SPM module.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is required.
- Technical skills in JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and REST/SOAP are highly advantageous.
- ServiceNow Certified SPM Implementer certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of ITIL-based ITSM processes is preferred.
- Strong analytical, solution-oriented, process-oriented, and team-oriented working style.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
