Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom Salesforce applications with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- Architect and implement AI-driven Salesforce solutions using Salesforce AgentForce, Bots, Prediction Builder, Next Best Action, and external AI/ML platforms.
- Integrate Salesforce with generative AI, NLP, and predictive analytics services to automate workflows.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle from requirements and architecture through development, testing, and CI/CD deployment.
- Write scalable, maintainable code aligned with Salesforce best practices and enterprise standards.
- Mentor junior developers and collaborate with architects, analysts, and administrators.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and performance challenges across multiple Salesforce organizations and integrations.
- Monitor Salesforce releases, AI advancements, and emerging technologies to identify automation opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate Salesforce development or related experience, including Salesforce AI and custom AI/ML integrations.
- Two years of experience integrating external services and using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, security, and sharing models.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, or Copado.
- Experience using AI-powered development tools such as Cursor IDE and GitHub Copilot.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
- Any level of experience or knowledge in the listed specific skills is acceptable.
