Responsibilities
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Provide application support for enterprise-level business applications using SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Analyze system logs, performance metrics, and system behavior to identify root causes.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and multiple teams to prioritize and address system issues.
- Act as a subject matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Mentor junior team members and improve their technical problem-solving capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to prevent future disruptions.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services is required.
- Experience managing and supporting enterprise-level business applications.
- Strong troubleshooting and complex software problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes.
- Familiarity with integrating data services into broader IT infrastructure.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
