Responsibilities

Embed with enterprise financial institution customers through discovery, design, implementation, and go-live.
Translate regulatory, security, compliance, and business requirements, including SOC 2, PCI, FFIEC, and GLBA, into technical designs and deployment plans.
Design and build secure integrations using APIs, event-driven systems, and data pipelines.
Contribute production-grade code and reusable components that become core product capabilities.
Implement solutions meeting performance, resiliency, auditability, and availability standards.
Lead customer deployments, architecture reviews, and risk assessments.
Collaborate with product, platform, security, and compliance teams to influence the roadmap and prioritize customer-driven features.
Identify systemic deployment gaps and convert them into scalable product enhancements.
Troubleshoot complex issues across application, infrastructure, data, and security layers.
Develop reusable reference architectures, deployment patterns, and best practices for regulated environments.
Travel approximately 40–50% to customer sites.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 12 years of related experience; an advanced degree and 8 or more years of experience; or equivalent related work experience.
Fluent written and oral communication in English.
Authorization to work for any employer in the United States.
Strong technical depth, product thinking, and experience working with senior technical and business stakeholders in regulated environments.
