Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy reliable full-stack applications and APIs using React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable architectures for high-impact seller experiences.
- Collaborate with Product, Build, and Engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Create reusable components and shared libraries while improving developer productivity and system consistency.
- Ensure software quality, observability, operational excellence, testing, continuous integration, and production support.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical coaching, and design alignment.
- Drive technical excellence and influence engineering practices across the team.
Requirements
- BS/BA in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, React, and modern web fundamentals in high-traffic production environments.
- Experience with backend service design, microservices, distributed systems, database modeling, and REST/GraphQL API development.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, component design, state management, performance optimization, and web accessibility.
- Hands-on experience with continuous integration and delivery pipelines, comprehensive testing, cloud-native observability, and AI-assisted development tools.
- Ability to mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional partner teams.
