Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain custom ServiceNow Store applications integrated with TeamViewer’s DEX platform.
- Participate in the full ServiceNow application lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and Store certification.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Service Operations Workspace.
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow, enterprise systems, web applications, and third-party services using REST, SOAP, JDBC, and related technologies.
- Implement workflows, business rules, Script Includes, REST APIs, and automation to streamline business processes.
- Contribute to application architecture, feature development, continuous integration, build automation, and production deployment.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, patches, and release support.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions, configurations, architecture, and release processes.
- Ensure applications are secure, scalable, stable, and optimized for performance.
- Collaborate with product teams, IT stakeholders, and ServiceNow specialists, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification and 6+ years of hands-on development experience.
- Strong ServiceNow platform development knowledge, particularly with ITSM, Service Portal, and CMDB.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or jQuery.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, SQL Server, and JDBC integrations.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and cloud-based hosting environments is preferred.
- Experience with Now Assist or generative AI frameworks on ServiceNow is preferred.
- Ability to learn and adapt to other ITSM tools such as Salesforce or JSM is preferred.
- Familiarity with automated testing using ServiceNow ATF.
- Experience with AI-based coding tools such as GitHub Copilot is a plus.
- Understanding of security, governance, risk, and compliance, with strong troubleshooting and development aptitude.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an asset.
