Lead Software Engineer, Full Stack (Java, GO)

Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers building distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
- Create solutions that meet regulatory needs and deliver robust cloud-based experiences for millions of customers.
- Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions.
- Use JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, Go, databases, containers, orchestration services, and AWS tools.
- Mentor engineering community members and participate in internal and external technology communities.
- Stay current with technology trends and experiment with new technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience; internship experience does not apply.
- At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Preferred: master’s degree.
- Preferred: 7+ years of experience with JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service.
- Preferred: 4+ years of experience with open-source frameworks.
- Preferred: 1+ year of people management experience.
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience with Agile practices.
