Responsibilities

- Stay updated with trends in GenAI, LLMs, and NLP for banking innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field; PhD is a plus.
- 3+ years of software development experience with production-level AI applications.
- Expert-level experience with LangGraph for LLM applications.
- Deep understanding of LLM architectures and advanced text generation techniques.
- Experience implementing AI observability solutions and testing methodologies.
- Proven experience with parameter-efficient fine-tuning techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
- Expert level Python skills are required; React is preferred.
- Experience with large-scale data handling and AI-powered APIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
