Responsibilities
- Develop algorithms to improve the accuracy and robustness of core state estimation algorithms.
- Engineer and deploy robust, production-quality C++ software for data fusion from various sensors.
- Build and maintain tools and frameworks to assess positioning system performance.
- Conduct large-scale analyses and optimizations using Waymo's datasets.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to solve technical challenges.
Requirements
- MS, PhD, or equivalent industry experience.
- Expertise in state estimation theory and application.
- Deep understanding of inertial navigation principles.
- Strong C++ skills and ability to write high-quality production code.
