Responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Agentforce solutions.
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform capabilities.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware technologies.
- Drive DevOps practices and release automation using Gearset pipelines.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with stakeholders, architects, and product teams.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement sustainable solutions.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging AI and Agentic AI technologies for Salesforce business processes.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of overall IT experience, including 4 or more years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and API-based architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Gearset and automated deployment processes.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce and Revenue Cloud or ARM solutions.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Preferred experience with AI application development, Agentic AI frameworks, enterprise AI solutions, Google Agent Development Kit, Salesforce Agentforce, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI platforms.
- Experience integrating AI agents and AI-powered workflows with Salesforce applications.
- Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
