Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and deployment of Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Agentforce solutions.
  • Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform capabilities.
  • Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware technologies.
  • Drive DevOps practices and release automation using Gearset pipelines.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions with stakeholders, architects, and product teams.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor junior developers.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging AI and Agentic AI technologies for Salesforce business processes.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of overall IT experience, including 4 or more years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and API-based architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with Gearset and automated deployment processes.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce and Revenue Cloud or ARM solutions.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Preferred experience with AI application development, Agentic AI frameworks, enterprise AI solutions, Google Agent Development Kit, Salesforce Agentforce, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI platforms.
  • Experience integrating AI agents and AI-powered workflows with Salesforce applications.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
