
Senior Salesforce Technical Architect - Life Sciences
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Serve as senior technical architect for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and Health Cloud implementations.
- Architect scalable, secure, compliant, and high-performance Salesforce solutions, including data models, security architecture, integrations, and performance strategies.
- Lead architecture teams and enterprise customer engagements across Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Define integration, data migration, implementation, and release-roadmap strategies using standard Salesforce capabilities.
- Participate in presales discovery, technical deep dives, proofs of concept, estimations, workshops, and customer solution discussions.
- Advise customers, partners, implementation teams, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders on Salesforce Industries implementations and digital transformation.
- Design and implement business processes, custom enterprise applications, AppExchange solutions, Salesforce upgrades, and integrations with enterprise systems.
- Identify and resolve solution risks while leading technical design, delivery, testing, deployment, and customer expectation management.
Requirements
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect credential is required.
- 14+ years of experience developing technology solutions.
- 5+ years of experience handling client-facing projects with increasing responsibility in system development and business consulting.
- Enterprise Salesforce architecture experience in life sciences, Veeva, or healthcare.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA, GxP, PHI, HL7, and FHIR requirements.
- Expertise in one or more of Salesforce Life Sciences, Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Vlocity Omnistudio.
- Expertise in one or more healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, medical device, insurance, public health, or government healthcare domains.
- Experience with integration architecture, authentication mechanisms, REST and SOAP APIs, and Salesforce governor limits.
- Experience designing and architecting large-scale applications, solution estimates, Apex design patterns, platform security, identity and access management, integration security, sharing and visibility, and data architecture and management.
- Experience with Salesforce/Apex, triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, LWC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Components, and modern web and mobile technologies.
- Working knowledge of continuous integration and repositories such as Git and Bitbucket.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to develop content for appropriate audiences.
- Preferred experience as a technical or enterprise architect on healthcare transformation projects and additional Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Developer, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Application Architect, or OmniStudio Developer/Consultant.
