Responsibilities
- Implement high-fidelity product and marketing designs from Figma as responsive, accessible, and performant web experiences.
- Build and own dashboards for video review, search, edge-case exploration, and customer workflows.
- Collaborate with the founding designer and backend and ML teams on interaction patterns and visual polish.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to prototype, iterate, and ship frontend features quickly.
- Ensure frontend experiences are robust, intuitive, performant, correct, and bug-free.
- Experiment with UI ideas, animations, and layouts, and help establish frontend architecture and best practices.
Requirements
- Strong frontend portfolio demonstrating shipped product UIs, dashboards, complex web applications, or high-quality websites.
- Deep experience with React and modern frontend frameworks, with Next.js preferred.
- Strong command of TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Track record of shipping quickly in fast-moving environments.
- Experience working from design tools such as Figma and collaborating closely with designers.
- Attention to spacing, typography, animations, interactions, correctness, and polish.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate development and experimentation.
- Clear communication skills and a bias toward action.
- Preferred: experience with data-heavy or visualization-rich interfaces, Tailwind, Framer Motion, internal tools, B2B or developer-facing products, startups, or deep-tech domains such as AI, robotics, and autonomous vehicles.
