Responsibilities
- Understand requirements and design software solutions based on client and system needs.
- Develop, modify, debug, and optimize software modules and programs.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Investigate system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Support software installation, deployment, continuous integration, monitoring, and release-plan adherence.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, and code comments.
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders on requirements, clarifications, status, progress, and delivery.
- Provide customer support, respond to requests, track faults, collect feedback, and maintain service quality.
- Consult with engineering staff on software-hardware interfaces, specifications, and performance requirements.
- Maintain quality assurance, on-time delivery, MIS reporting, and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware.
- Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Ability to code, debug, test, modify, and optimize software applications or modules.
- Experience creating and executing software validation and test scenarios.
- Ability to document solutions and communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education, learn new programming languages, and complete relevant certifications.
