Base Salary
$117k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead development and maintenance of our high-traffic, multilingual marketing website.
- Own Sanity (CMS) infrastructure for independent content updates by marketers.
- Collaborate with the Growth team to implement A/B tests for user experience improvements.
- Build and maintain our design system for a consistent brand experience.
- Optimize site performance, page speed, and SEO.
- Improve and maintain localization workflows for a global audience.
- Continuously enhance engineering processes, tools, and systems.
- Support security, compliance, and privacy requirements across the site.
- Collaborate with and mentor other engineers.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of professional web development or frontend engineering experience with a marketing or growth website.
- Strong proficiency in React.
- Experience with web frameworks like Next.js, Nuxt, or Astro.
- Experience with headless content management systems like Sanity or Contentful.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of web performance, SEO, and accessibility best practices.
- Experience with AI tools for coding is a plus.
- Knowledge of CRM integrations and analytics tools.
