Base Salary
$132k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers and internal teams to advance shared engagement goals.
- Conceptualize industrial robotic automation solutions and scope their path to production.
- Design, implement, test, and maintain software based on Intrinsic’s product.
- Enable customers to apply Intrinsic’s product effectively and progress projects independently.
- Own communication and alignment across internal and external technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Connect customer feedback and needs to the wider Intrinsic team and help shape the product roadmap.
- Support first-of-a-kind production deployments and long-term lifecycle success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record delivering modern industrial automation solutions into production, including debugging issues and driving results in ambiguous environments.
- End-to-end understanding of industrial automation systems and the ability to guide customers toward scalable solutions.
- Professional proficiency with C++ and/or Python in a modern software development environment.
- Professional fluency in English and willingness to frequently travel domestically for North American customer engagements.
- Experience with industrial robot programming, PLC programming, machine vision, industrial bus systems, virtual commissioning, or simulation is differentiating.
- Experience with Kubernetes, gRPC, Protobuf, Bazel, real-time architectures, Angular, ROS, ROS 2, or Gazebo is differentiating.
- Experience working on multidisciplinary teams to deploy robotic systems is differentiating.
