Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end technical implementations covering backend services, frontend interfaces, integration layers, deployment workflows, and production support readiness.
  • Design, architect, and deliver scalable, secure, resilient, and high-performance cloud applications.
  • Build and modernize Java and Spring Boot backend microservices using API integrations and event-driven patterns.
  • Develop React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript frontend interfaces with reusable component-based UI patterns.
  • Modernize legacy and monolithic applications into cloud-native, modular, scalable platforms.
  • Define technical approaches, estimate implementation effort, guide engineering teams, and own delivery quality across releases.
  • Mentor developers on design patterns, coding standards, code reviews, testability, performance, and production readiness.
  • Coordinate Docker and Kubernetes deployments across cloud environments with DevOps, platform, security, and QA teams.
  • Drive automated build and release practices, environment configuration, observability, and deployment governance.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, analyze logs and metrics, improve performance, and maintain application reliability.

Requirements

  • 4–10 years of software development experience is stated, with another section specifying 10+ years of hands-on software development experience.
  • Strong Java programming experience is required.
  • Experience with Spring Boot, microservices, APIs, React.js, Angular, and AWS is required or listed as mandatory.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud deployment practices, and CI/CD is expected.
  • Bachelor of Technology or a related engineering degree, MCA, M.E., M.Tech, MBA, or PGDM is listed in the education requirements.
  • Lead or architect-level engineering responsibility, technical leadership, mentoring, and client implementation experience are expected.
