Responsibilities
- Apply process and business-data understanding to deliver automation and AI-based solutions aligned with business outcomes.
- Partner with business stakeholders and IT to design and build agentic AI capabilities for Commercial Operations Excellence.
- Integrate AI automation with enterprise data platforms, analytics solutions, and workflows to enable data-driven decisions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and rapidly scale successful AI and automation use cases.
- Identify AI trends and translate them into competitive advantages and enterprise strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience in an application or data role, or high school/GED and 11 years of experience in an application or data role.
- At least 4 years of experience in commercial operations, data management, or a similar area with business-domain and process understanding.
- At least 4 years of experience with Python, Java, SQL, Shell, Go, or Rust.
- At least 3 years deploying solutions on cloud-native data services such as Azure, AWS, Fabric, Snowflake, or Databricks.
- At least 1 year of experience with LLM agentic AI systems, including multi-task orchestration or memory-context management.
- Preferred experience developing on Microsoft platforms such as Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, or Foundry.
- Preferred experience using coding harnesses such as Open AI Codex, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.
- Preferred experience deploying cloud infrastructure as code with Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, Puppet, or Chef.
