Responsibilities

Implement eGRC or fraud-monitoring solutions end to end in alignment with business requirements and compliance standards.
Gather and analyze requirements with business stakeholders, risk management, compliance, audit, and IT teams.
Design, configure, and customize workflows, rules, risk assessments, control testing, and reporting.
Conduct and automate system testing and user acceptance testing, and resolve defects.
Provide training and knowledge-transfer sessions for business users and support teams.
Create and maintain implementation plans, configuration guides, user manuals, and other documentation.
Support troubleshooting, enhancements, upgrades, and other post-implementation activities.
Maintain awareness of trends and best practices in GRC and fraud-management domains.
Ensure implemented solutions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

At least 5 years of hands-on experience implementing eGRC solutions such as IBM OpenPages or fraud-management solutions such as SAS Fraud Management and Transaction Fraud Monitoring.
Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance frameworks and processes.
Experience configuring and customizing GRC workflow, risk assessment, control testing, and reporting modules.
Knowledge of fraud detection techniques, transaction monitoring, and risk analytics.
Proficiency in requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation lifecycle management.
Experience working with cross-functional business, IT, and audit teams.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
Relevant GRC or fraud-management tool certifications are preferred.
Experience with SQL, Python, SAS, or Java for solution customization and data analysis is preferred.
Prior experience in financial services, banking, or insurance is preferred.
