Responsibilities

Design and implement critical AI security capabilities for controlled workflows.
Develop features for identity and access management, integrating with next-gen identity providers.
Build authorization frameworks for fine-grained access control.
Create solutions for secure data sharing and application access.
Lead multi-engineer cross-team projects, managing planning and execution.
Guide the team through code and design reviews.
Shape the strategic direction for IAM product focus areas.
Collaborate with partner teams on IAM-related features and architecture.

10+ years of experience in designing and supporting large-scale distributed systems.
Deep knowledge of identity and access management concepts and protocols.
Experience with database systems and internals is a plus.
Strong fundamental computer science skills.
Proficiency in Java, C#, or C++ is preferred.
Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.
