Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of Fin by helping prospects unlock AI capabilities.
- Embed with strategic customers to understand their challenges and requirements.
- Work alongside customers' technical teams as a trusted expert.
- Collaborate with Sales, Success, and Product teams for seamless project delivery.
- Contribute to the evolution of the engineering function by sharing insights.
Requirements
- Strong engineering background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or Physics.
- Experience building a SaaS product with real-world usage.
- Interest in AI/ML and ability to understand novel problems and architectures.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in at least one high-level programming language.
- Ability to prototype and ship software quickly while maintaining quality.
- Proficiency in using and writing REST APIs.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site with customers.
