Base Salary
$180k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to diagnose problems, scope fixes, and ship solutions end to end.
- Own system design for customer deployments while balancing correctness, scale, and speed.
- Communicate plans and tradeoffs clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales, CX, Product, and core Engineering to incorporate customer learnings into the roadmap.
- Determine which bespoke customer work should become reusable product functionality.
- Help define how the Forward Deployed function operates as it grows.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping full-stack products end to end.
- Proficiency with modern frontend development using React and TypeScript.
- Ability to write backend systems that perform reliably in production.
- Ability to prototype quickly, learn from real usage, and iterate with customers.
- Exceptional customer-facing and written communication skills.
- Strong product sense and judgment about customer needs, one-off work, and reusable product investments.
- Ability to independently own outcomes in an ambiguous early-stage environment.
- Ability to manage tense situations involving delays, bugs, and scope changes.
