Base Salary
$180k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to diagnose problems, scope fixes, and ship solutions end to end.
- Own system design for customer deployments while balancing correctness, scale, and speed.
- Explain plans and tradeoffs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales, CX, Product, and core Engineering to incorporate customer learnings into the roadmap.
- Help define how the Forward Deployed function operates as it grows.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping full-stack products end to end using modern frontend technologies such as React and TypeScript and production-ready backend development.
- Ability to prototype quickly, learn from real usage, and iterate based on customer feedback.
- Exceptional communication skills, including running customer calls, translating vague requests into concrete scope, and documenting agreements clearly.
- Strong product sense and judgment about which customer requests should become product capabilities versus remain bespoke.
- Ability to own outcomes independently in an early-stage, ambiguous environment without waiting for detailed requirements.
- Ability to remain calm during delays, bugs, and scope discussions while pushing back appropriately.
