Base Salary
$200k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Report directly to Dioptra’s founders as part of a small product and engineering group.
- Build and evolve front-end experiences that bring AI capabilities to life for end users.
- Design intuitive, high-quality interfaces for global enterprise customers.
- Own and influence user experience and product direction.
- Help shape the application of AI in the enterprise legal technology market.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience covering front-end and back-end technologies.
- Professional experience with client- and server-side JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Python, SQL, databases, Git, and generative AI models from OpenAI or Anthropic.
- Daily use of AI coding tools such as Cursor or Codex.
- Startup experience is a plus.
- Ability to work on challenging problems in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments and make a significant early-team impact.
