Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software products that automate core business processes.
- Collaborate with Business, Technology, Operations, product, design, and other teams to build customer-focused solutions.
- Contribute to new product designs and make strategic architectural decisions.
- Build automated deployment pipelines and automated testing practices.
- Address customer-data sensitivity, software resiliency, performance, and security requirements.
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Experience or interest in working with Java, Gradle, TypeScript, Python, AWS, Docker, and Jenkins; expertise in every technology is not required.
- Passion for creating products that produce positive customer outcomes.
- Ability to collaborate with technologists and cross-functional stakeholders and communicate effectively.
- Interest in automation, architectural design, and continuous personal development.
