Base Salary
$120k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship new product features from customer requests, team ideas, and observed compliance workflows.
- Own end-to-end implementation across frontend interfaces, backend systems, AI integrations, and infrastructure.
- Rapidly prototype ideas, test them with real users, and iterate based on feedback.
- Speak with customers to understand pain points and validate proposed solutions.
- Work with the CEO and core engineering team to determine which experiments should shape the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and working knowledge of ML/AI systems.
- Ability to build end-to-end across backend, frontend, model integration, and infrastructure as experiments require.
- Ability to move from idea to working prototype quickly and discard or expand experiments based on results.
- Strong product instincts, creativity, technical judgment, and user-focused thinking.
- Ability to communicate clearly with engineers, executives, and customers.
- Comfort shipping imperfect products, learning from real user feedback, and operating with minimal process.
