Responsibilities
- Implement features and bug fixes across authentication and authorization services in Go.
- Build OIDC, OAuth2, and SAML integrations for federated enterprise and partner SSO.
- Evolve the Policy Engine using Rego/OPA to support resource-level permissions, dynamic scoping, and network-aware access conditions.
- Maintain a high-reliability, low-latency identity platform and fine-tune Kubernetes deployments.
- Migrate legacy data pipelines to modern eventing architectures.
- Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities involving credential stuffing, session hijacking, and configuration theft.
- Collaborate with IAM, Billing, Inference, and other cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of software engineering experience building and shipping production services.
- Proficiency in Go or a strong background in another typed systems language with the ability to ramp quickly.
- Working knowledge of at least one identity protocol, such as OIDC or OAuth2.
- Understanding of distributed systems, including replication, latency trade-offs, and failure modes.
- Exposure to Kubernetes and SQL databases such as MySQL.
- Ability to document work clearly, ask effective questions, and collaborate with teammates and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SAML, RBAC, ABAC, Terraform, Open Policy Agent, Rego, gRPC microservices, or security-sensitive and compliance-adjacent systems is preferred.
