Base Salary
$230k - $322k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and train advanced machine learning models for advertising platforms.
- Lead the optimization of complex feature representations and user behavior modeling.
- Drive end-to-end model lifecycle execution, including architecture design and deployment.
- Collaborate with product, data, and infrastructure teams to create scalable modeling solutions.
- Conduct advanced experiment design and causal analysis to evaluate model impact.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to machine learning engineers.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Three years of experience in machine learning or a related occupation.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, and Scala.
- Experience with C++, Go, or Rust.
- Familiarity with major machine learning frameworks and libraries.
- Knowledge of applied statistics and experiment design for online systems.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and analytics frameworks.
- Ability to deploy and operate production systems in containerized environments.
- Experience designing and training advanced models, including deep neural networks.
- Understanding of marketplace dynamics like real-time bidding.
