Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI models for complex business problems.
- Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines and agentic workflows using modern frameworks and cloud-native tools.
- Translate business requirements into AI-powered solutions in collaboration with data scientists, product managers, and engineers.
- Implement AI solutions using GCP Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, AWS SageMaker, and Snowflake Cortex.
- Apply prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, fine-tuning, and RLHF techniques.
- Develop and deploy autonomous AI agents with LangChain, LangGraph, and AgentSpace.
- Integrate vector databases and LLM orchestration tools to support retrieval and memory.
- Implement MLOps practices including deployment, monitoring, versioning, retraining, and model lifecycle management.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and techniques and contribute to responsible AI documentation and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning algorithms and systems.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Transformers.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI models such as GPT, Mistral, and Claude.
- Experience with NLP, conversational AI, LLM-based applications, vector search, and semantic retrieval.
- Understanding of MLOps, including model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Experience building production-grade AI systems at scale in cloud environments, including Google Cloud Platform.
- Preferred experience with prompt engineering, RLHF, LLM evaluation, reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, AI governance, and responsible AI.
- Preferred experience with Apache Spark, Kafka, BigQuery, Snowflake, data engineering, real-time data processing, infrastructure-as-code, open-source AI projects, or AI/ML publications.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, organizational, critical-thinking, and interpersonal skills.
