Responsibilities
- Guide the end-to-end AI strategy for Sales aligned to Sophos’ AI-first framework.
- Identify and prioritize high-ROI AI use cases across the Sales lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain a multi-quarter AI roadmap with clear business impact metrics.
- Architect and build AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
- Design multi-agent workflows and structured automation patterns.
- Integrate agents with enterprise systems like Salesforce and SharePoint.
- Drive adoption through workshops, training sessions, and leadership engagement.
- Define KPIs tied to revenue lift, efficiency gains, and quality improvements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar low-code tools.
- Experience building AI agents or conversational systems using Copilot Studio.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and APIs.
- Experience translating business workflows into automation and AI solutions.
- Knowledge of governance, data security, and compliance considerations in enterprise AI.
- Ability to rapidly prototype, test with users, and iterate based on feedback.
- Strong organizational, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
