Responsibilities
- Gather system requirements from end-users, IT teams, and key stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
- Integrate machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics solutions across ServiceNow modules.
- Manage application development activities including design, coding, debugging, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Configure ServiceNow integrations with other applications using REST, SOAP, mid servers, cloud-to-cloud connections, JDBC, ODBC, and ETL integrations.
- Implement and optimize Now Assist features, ServiceNow workflows, CMDB, Discovery, Software Asset Management, ITSM, Service Catalog, and related capabilities.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder solutions, Scripted REST APIs, and other ServiceNow scripting.
- Participate in service-map and impact-rule work, user acceptance testing, update-set and data promotion, and production incident remediation.
- Coordinate with technical leads, subject-matter experts, stakeholders, and customer teams to deliver consistent solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience supporting ServiceNow implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development across two or more capabilities.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow AI and automation capabilities, including Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics, and Now Assist.
- Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing Now Assist features such as AI-powered case summarization, resolution recommendations, and conversational workflows.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems using mid servers, cloud-to-cloud integrations, SOAP, REST, and bidirectional automated integrations.
- Experience with data extraction technologies such as JDBC and ODBC or with ETL integrations.
- Experience implementing ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Software Asset Management, ITSM, Service Catalog, and Workflows.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs, and general scripting.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, or a related field.
- Ability and willingness to continue ServiceNow education and complete competency certifications and module accreditations.
- Preferred qualifications include ITIL Foundation and ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.
