Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements.
- Participate in technical project design and estimate project effort.
- Develop backend solutions using Node.js, TypeScript, and Express.js.
- Build and support RESTful APIs and manage PostgreSQL data models, triggers, and functions.
- Use Redis for session management and caching.
- Collaborate with clients, Omega teams, cross-functional technical teams, and technology providers.
- Resolve technical issues and support system security and performance.
- Document processes, completed projects, and technical solutions.
- Track system performance metrics and validate solutions against business requirements.
- Follow software quality standards and best practices to deliver projects on time and with high quality.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of proven experience in a similar Backend or Software Developer role.
- Strong Node.js and TypeScript experience, including RESTful API development and Express.js.
- Experience in client-facing roles translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Solid PostgreSQL knowledge, including data modeling, database triggers, and functions.
- Hands-on Redis experience for session management and caching.
- Familiarity with software quality standards and technical documentation.
- Professional working proficiency in English is a plus.
- Heroku Platform, AWS S3, AWS Route 53, TLS certificate management, monorepo architectures, Angular, and Ionic are desirable skills.
