Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality, scalable, maintainable, and performance-optimized software solutions.
- Build and manage robust, secure infrastructure and deployment pipelines for digital solutions.
- Use Python, REST APIs, JSON, configuration files, and automation frameworks to support software delivery.
- Implement CI/CD, Git-based development, automated deployment, and environment promotion practices.
- Support enterprise BI platforms, preferably Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Manage or work with Linux, job scheduling, authentication, credentials, and operational monitoring.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, peers, and stakeholders on requirements, solution strategies, integration, and delivery.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, secure coding, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
- Manage risk and controls, follow relevant policies and regulations, and contribute to technology communities.
- Guide team members or act as a technical advisor and coordinate with related teams where applicable.
Requirements
- Strong Python development and scripting capability.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, configuration files, and automation frameworks.
- Understanding of CI/CD, Git-based development, automated deployment, and environment promotion.
- Experience supporting enterprise BI platforms, preferably Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Knowledge of Linux, job scheduling, authentication, credentials, and operational monitoring.
- Tableau Server administration or Tableau CI/CD experience is highly valued.
- Power BI platform or Power BI REST API knowledge is highly valued.
- AWS automation and platform-service integration experience is highly valued.
- ServiceNow, Jira, and enterprise change-management experience are highly valued.
- Ability to apply technical expertise, solve problems, communicate complex information, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage risk and controls.
