Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver scalable, maintainable, performant software solutions using Python and automation frameworks.
- Build and manage robust infrastructure and deployment pipelines supporting seamless delivery of digital solutions.
- Work with REST APIs, JSON, configuration files, CI/CD, Git-based development, automated deployment, and environment promotion.
- Support enterprise BI platforms, including Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, peers, and external stakeholders on requirements, solution strategies, integration, and code quality.
- Implement secure coding and unit testing practices and contribute to risk mitigation, controls, and policy adoption.
- Provide technical guidance, influence decisions, resolve problems, and coordinate work and resources where applicable.
Requirements
- Strong Python development and scripting capability.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, configuration files, and automation frameworks.
- Understanding of CI/CD, Git-based development, automated deployment, and environment promotion.
- Experience supporting enterprise BI platforms, preferably Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Knowledge of Linux, job scheduling, authentication, credentials, and operational monitoring.
- In-depth technical knowledge and experience in the assigned area of expertise.
- Tableau Server administration or Tableau CI/CD experience is highly valued.
- Power BI platform or Power BI REST API knowledge is highly valued.
- AWS automation and platform-service integration experience is highly valued.
- ServiceNow, Jira, and enterprise change-management experience are highly valued.
